I was once admonished by Achrekar Sir, and ever since then, I’ve taken cricket seriously. This is the location of my last game. Here, my life has come full circle. I have many beautiful memories of this site, both good and bad. It’s an important occasion for me, “added Sachin.

I have spent an unrivalled amount of time here, and I have loved hanging out and playing here. a unique location for me. It’s a special occasion for me that I received the message from MCA regarding the monument. I came here to talk about the kind of statue that will be made and to decide where it should go. These kinds of things are uncommon and special, he continued.

The statue will be unveiled during the 2023 ICC World Cup, which will be staged in India, according to MCA President Amol Kale. Since many people of the cricket community will be present and we want to make it a big event, we will unveil the statue during the World Cup, Kale said.
