
Will Pucovski, the Australia opener, is scheduled to return to domestic cricket, Victoria announced prior to the last Second XI match. The 25-year-old will compete in a match against Tasmania in Hobart from March 6 to March 9.
In January 2021, he participated in one Test, wearing Australia’s whites against India in Sydney. The gifted right-hander recorded two innings of 62 and 10. Pucovski spent most of the summer of 2021–2022 on the sidelines after being hindered by concussion setbacks and taking brief breaks from the sport for mental health later that year.
The head of cricket for Cricket Victoria, David Hussey, expressed his happiness with the batters’ advancement and confirmed his place in the team.

The 25-year-old was playing for Melbourne in the Victorian Premier Cricket before quitting the game for personal reasons.
