India knocked Australia out for 113 in their second innings on day three of the second Test on Sunday, and as a result, they set themselves a 115-run target to win the match.

In 12.1 overs, Ravindra Jadeja returned with outstanding statistics of 7/42, and his spin-bowling teammate Ravichandran Ashwin claimed three Australian wickets.

Australia struggled on a slow, low Kotla course, with Travis Head leading the team in scoring with 43 off 46 balls.

Australia finished with 263 and 113 runs in 31.1 overs (Travis Head had 43 and Marnus Labuschagne had 35; Ravindra Jadeja had 7/42 and Ravichandran Ashwin had 3/59), while India had 262.

India may take a commanding 2-0 lead if they defeat Australia in New Delhi after winning the Nagpur Test.
