On Day 3, India’s bowling performance was incredibly precise, and they didn’t allow the visitors any time to rest till the end of the first session. The relentless pressure from the Indian bowlers put Australia under duress, and it eventually manifested in the way they were dismissed by Indian spinners, especially Ravindra Jadeja.
Jadeja showed off hisbatting order, making their lives incredibly difficult in the middle, demonstrating his pedigree with the ball in hand once more. Jadeja went on to destroy six Australian hitters, including Marnus Labuschagne, Peter Handscomb, and Alex Carey, after dismissing Usman Khawaja in the last seconds of play on Day 2.
