Cheteshwar Pujara, an Indian batsman, will play in his 100th Test match on Friday. The second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series will take place in Delhi starting on February 17 between India and Australia.
Pujara will participate in his country’s 100th Test match, surpassing a record maintained by only a select few Indian cricketers. Pujara will be the 13th Indian to participate in the nation’s 100th Test. He will be included with Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, and VVS Laxman.

In 2010, Cheteshwar Pujara made his international cricket debut for India. Since then, he has significantly contributed to the Test format. Pujara has amassed over 7,000 runs for India in the longest format while averaging over 44 and scoring 19 hundreds.
On February 18 at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Cheteshwar Pujara will start the 100th Test of his career against Australia. He will now join the select group of Indian sportsmen who have participated in 100 Test matches.
