Australia trounced India in the third Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test on Friday in Indore, becoming the first team to qualify for the World Test Championship final in June. Australia topped the table with 66.67 percentage points, followed by India with 64.06 percentage points. Steve Smith’s squad now has 68.52 percentage points after defeating India by nine wickets. If India loses the fourth Test against Australia, tying the series at 2-2, while Sri Lanka wins the Test series 2-0, Rohit Sharma’s team will finish outside the top two.
