IPL 2024: Tim David from MI criticizes RR vs Test match

David endured a harsh mocking campaign on social media after playing a patient inning for the five-time victors, as his name appeared in multiple viral posts. Only 17 runs off 24 balls could be scored by Australian batsman David, who was sent out by South African bowler Nandre Burger. In the previous season, David garnered accolades from former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar, who remarked that MI batsman established himself as a replacement for Pollard.
